I'm excited/nervous/anxious/nonchalant/you name it.
My family already called me up for our custom of giving gifts the night before the birthday. I don't remember asking for anything, but they seemed to be listening in on my random wants. They nailed, it, though, they did. :)) Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm having a hard time filling up my Kris Kringle list because I don't seem to want anything material too much. And these just knock off some of the tentative items.
Thank you mom, dad and my two sisters. I love you guys.
I turn legal in an hour. Here we go.
"Wacky, thank you for your childhood."

This is just going to be quick because I'm sleepy and I still have to prepare for tomorrow.
1.) I love CSO11. Thank you for the most wonderful Mid-Year Evaluation. I'm proud of you guys. We can do this! Second Sem! This is for the org members! \m/
2.) I still get sick after every Ateneo overnight. Oh well. :-"
3.) Tomorrow I register for the elections. Gee, I hope I have everything.
4.) Typhoon Santi doesn't look as scary on satellite, but I'm not taking any chances. I hope it doesn't hit at all. Though its name seems so much more scary compared to Ondoy/Pepeng/Quedan/Ramil. D:
5.) One, big happy birthday to one of my closest high school friends, Barce Barcelon. :P 18 Years, bro, congratulations. :P I hope you enjoy your day tomorrow, and I hope it's Typhoon Santi-less. Thank you for the friendship. I couldn't make it today, but I'll make it up to you.

I was thinking of my own favorite love songs when I was throwing them into the pot. My Tweets have recently hit 800, by the way, and I'm quite proud. Here's on to 900, and 1000, which'll be a celebration.
My top pick for the best love song ever is the Goo Goo Dolls' Iris. I listen to the lyrics and I can't help to be swept away. So far, if I get married, I want that to be my first dance with my wife. The song affects me so much that way.
Another favorite, though more because of my teen inclinations than anything is the Dashboard Confessional song Stolen. I absolutely love the line, "You are the best one of the best ones." It's frighteningly simple, but it's one of the best things you could say to anyone.
From the Enchanted movie is So Close. It remains to be one my favorite scenes in the movie, where Jon McLaughlin sings this at a ball where Patrick Dempsey and my all-time crush Amy Adams dance before everything changes. I also love Vanessa Carlton's A Thousand Miles because of its bouncy innocence, and because I believe it's a classic already, much like Iris.
Finally, from what I can think of now, I'd include Thunder, which was quoted for the title of this entry, more because of my teenager-ness, too, than anything, and You and Me by Lifehouse and Everything by Michael Buble.
Favorite love songs? What about you? If you have a Twitter, help us make it a trending topic!

Tomorrow, my classmates Robert and I will do part one of our The Catcher in the Rye output for this term, which is to present Chapters 1-2 to the class. I made the quiz part, and I hope it's not too long.
We got to meet our TD kids again today after such a long time. They all looked okay and were energetic, and Apa, my TD partner, and I had some art therapy and sharing sessions to help us all get back after the four weeks of no TD, no thank you to Typhoon Ondoy.
Barce and Mrs. Oracion headed the CSO Outreach Orientation with ACED at the ABS-CBN room around 3:30pm Tuesday. Hopefully, we will be able to organize a CSO-wide outreach to Mrs. Oracion's partner schools this year. I'm quite excited for it.
I haven't worn my Ateneo adidas shoes yet. They're quite cool-looking, but 1) I still feel uncomfortable wearing rubber shoes to school and, 2) they're new. I don't want to mess them up yet. :)) Today, Kebong and Arion and some others already wore theirs. Maybe I'll do so on Friday so I don't have to bring rubber shoes to Dabz's Communications Cluster Night. :D
Well, I have one more HW to finish. I've got to go.
Tomorrow's another Org Wednesday. :D

Note. This entry was supposed to be posted at roughly 1AM Sunday morning. However, since the router was turned off without my knowing (it was late, anyway), I was only able to post this now.
I think I'm having one of those nights. If that's so, then it'd be the second night in a row.
Yesterday, we had the Team Sports Cluster Night, finally. It was supposed to be the first cluster night, but then it got moved to being the sixth. It ended up being the fifth. I was already feeling sick for the day, but I did my best to support cluster head Jowi Miranda and his cluster as they went about the night. We were competing for venue space with the 4-M KFD Concert, so we had to make use of the venues we had. After the concert ended, we moved back to the Covered Courts for tug of war and of course, a very epic round of cluster basketball games.
It was a little difficult at times, but all in all, it was a success. So, congratulations, Jowi, and the Team Sports Cluster of the Council of Student Organizations. Organizations: Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Flag Football, Golf, Outdoors, Soccer FC, Table Tennis, Ultimate and Weightlifting. I'm very, very proud of you.
So, here's the serious/senti/s-word part. Mind you, it will be a little long.
( More, of course. )

- Sept 18, 2009 - ACET was... ACET. Just like UPCAT, I do not want to talk about it. I'm done with it. Here we go. January can wait as of now.
- Sept 19, 2009 - We went to sleep at our house in Tali Beach, Batangas, post-ACET. I didn't even have time to breathe, or go home. It was a "maybe" until my parents informed me post-ACET. Good thing I was already packed. The main house isn't done yet, but the guest house was finished and it was altogether a very comfortable night. We went to the beach the following day and I didn't swim, but it was very relaxing especially after the stress of ACET. >_<
- Sept 21, 2009 - Ramadan Holiday. Luigi Bird's sweet sixteenth. Went out with CSO11 (but not with Luigi, who spent it with family, obviously) and watched Kimmy Dora: Kambal Sa Kiyeme, which was hilarious. Only Sir Chan, Yuppy, Dabz, Apa, Albert, Jowi and I could make it, but hey, it was fun. B-
- Sept 22, 2009 - Report Card Day. Fears confirmed. C in Math. But it could've been worse. Funny, nothing else was lower than B. :-< Went with my dad to fix my student's permit. I can go to driving school now! Really excited. And also, we visited our branches in Marquinton Marikina and Shopwise Commonwealth. They're branches 2 & 3, and they're still under construction.
- Sept 23 - 25, 2009 - Felt lethargic entire week. Grades didn't suffer, but I did sleep at 2am every day. Must've been the grades, because everyone was reaching highs, except me. :-< I vowed to get myself straight the next week... until....
- Sept 25, 2009 - We had the Visual Arts Cluster Night. Congratulations, Marte, our Visual Arts Cluster Head. I wasn't able to tell him this, but I was very, very proud of the way he handled his cluster night. Met a few people, like Martin Reyes of Art Guild, and a few people who were getting picked up early because... it was the calm before the storm. I didn't even know until Sir Ron told me during the Amazing Race game.
- Sept 26, 2009 - I woke up thinking it was a beautiful rainy morning. I spent the 3am rounds alone because neither Apa nor Yuppy could wake up. So I played Plants vs. Zombies. I met the OSA Rat, and all the while the wind and rain threatened at me. No wonder so many org members were being picked up the night before. The parents knew something we didn't. Soon, everyone was gone except Sir Chan, Francis Mina, Arjo, Chubbs, Juni, Macky and Gino. And then I realized we were stuck. My parents couldn't pick me up as all three ways to Antipolo from the metropolis were flooded and rising. Typhoon Ondoy's wrath had begun, and I hadn't realized it fully yet. We had lunch in the OSA, talked about literature, watched videos on Sir Chan's laptop and listened to an audiobook. And then the light's came off.
- Sept 27, 2009 - I woke at 12:19am in an office chair in my tita's office in Miriam College. That's when I began to grasp the situation. I had left the company of the OSA guys at around 6pm at the darkened grounds to rejoin my relatives in Miriam. At that point I heard Fr. RB talk to the AP teachers who were likewise stranded in school after their Youth Congress about relocating the others to the Jesuit Residence. Having slept only three hours in the cluster night, and unable to get my usual morning post-cluster night nap in my bed at home, I dropped dead after dinner at Miriam. When I woke up that midnight, I knew this was serious. It's hard to fully see things when you're in AHS, and everything seems normal. We left in the morning, and it took us hours and a stopover at my relatives' house in Marikina to get home. My first sightings of the devastation were frankly heartbreaking. We got home at 3:15pm on Sunday afternoon. No power. I still went to Mass at the Antipolo Cathedral that evening. At least I was home.
- Sept 28, 2009 - Read the newspapers. Spent the afternoon at Cafe Cristina, a coffee shop across our Shopwise Antipolo barbershop, and got back with the rest of the world after being disconnected for so long. Finally got power back. No Internet, though.
- Sept 29, 2009 - Helped out packing in AA. Watched George Clooney's Good Night and Good Luck. that night at home. Watching my DVD Backlog begins. Short, but concise movie. Great performances. B/B+
- Sept 30, 2009 - Spent the last day of the month, not with org as I had wished, or not at school. School was called off until the next week, so I spent the day helping out in AA again. Finished Ron Howard's A Beautiful Mind that night. Didn't like Act 3, but Russell Crowe was absolutely superb. Jennifer Connelly, too, but to a lesser extent. A-/B+
- Oct 1, 2009 - Went to AHS to meet up with the guys in Sanggu to help out in Ateneoville in San Mateo, Rizal. It's provided housing for teachers and staff. Everything was a mess because of the mud, and they were still cleaning at this point. We couldn't do much but try to clear their basketball court, which was under half a foot of mud. We cleared 1/3 before heading back. Got a tan line, and all the mud on me filled my bathroom (we took off our shoes and sometimes had to scoop the mud ourselves), but at least we got to help. Felt tired but fulfilled. ADMU wins Game 1 of UAAP Seniors Basketball Finals against UE. Watched Repo! The Genetic Opera, the rock opera about organ repossession that Apa's been wanting me to see for ages. All I can say is O_O. It has its shining moments, though. C-
- Oct 2, 2009 - Day of rest. Prepared for Supertyphoon Peping which was coming fast on the heels of Ondoy, when we hadn't even recovered from the latter. Watched Brokeback Mountain followed by 2046 on DVD. The Ang Lee film was affecting and startling, and I think the same can be said for the latter Wong Kar Wai film. I loved Michelle Williams the most among the awesome performances in the former, and I loved Ziyi Zhang the most among the awesome performances in the latter. A- and B/B+, respectively.
- Oct 3, 2009 - Waited for Peping. Woke up several times in the night because of the wind, but today was just rainy and not Milenyo-homaygad like I thought it would be, thank God. ADMU won over DLSZ in Game 1 of UAAP Juniors Basketball Finals. Kiefer Ravena was on fire with 35 points. Wow. What year is he? Downloaded both Jay-Z singles and fell in love with both of them. Run This Town featuring Rihanna and Kanye West, and Empire State of Mind featuring Alicia Keys are now on loop, and I'm not a rap person. I also like Madonna's house/electronica single Celebration. More on those later. Saw P.S. I Love You on TV. Mixed for me. I did like it, though. B-/C+

Here we go. I'm beginning to feel the jitters I haven't felt the entire day. This probably won't let down until I'm actually done with the test. I haven't studied, nor reviewed, but I don't think that's going to help.
I just want to get tomorrow over with. And then I can enjoy the weekend before Report Card Day comes on Tuesday. I doubt I'll be honors. It'll be the first in the history of Wacky Narciso. :( I know that's not something that's horrible, but it's still a new personal low for me. Anyway, I'm going to get 2nd Honors this term. I will.
Predictions
(+2 Honors) English - B+ (This term, I'm aiming for a B+)
(+4 Special) Physics - C+ (This term, I'm aiming for a B+)

(+5 Honors) Filipino - B (This term, I'm aiming for a B+)
Tulong Dunong - B+ (This term, I'm aiming for a B+)

Aiming for 2nd Honors this term, my second to the last term as an AHS Student! :P Wish me luck.
